Daye focuses on corporate finance and commercial law with a strong emphasis on the mining and natural resources sectors. His experience includes advising on a broad range of M&A, strategic partnerships and related commercial agreements, as well as leveraging capital markets to finance transactions.
Daye has over 20 years of experience and is triple-qualified being admitted to the New York and Ontario bars, and as a conseil juridique agréé in Côte d’Ivoire. Over the course of his career, he has worked in both the common law and civil law systems. Daye obtained his JD from the University of Michigan and is trilingual.
