Gabin focuses on natural resources. He advises governments, state-owned entities and sponsors on corporate, commercial and regulatory aspects specific to the mining, oil & gas, energy and infrastructure sectors.
His practice focuses on the structuring, auditing, sale and acquisition of projects in transaction or litigation contexts, as well as on the negotiation of the various agreements related thereto.
He has strong experience in bauxite, copper, cobalt, gold and iron ore, as well as upstream oil & gas projects across Sub-Sahara African States, including members of the OHADA. His work also includes other infrastructure, oil & gas and renewable energy projects in Europe, Africa and Asia.
