Asafo & Co. advised Dyva Group in negotiating and finalizing agreements with TUI Group, one of the world’s leading tourism groups, to build a first-of-a-kind hotel complex in Dabou, Côte d’Ivoire.
Dyva Group has signed a hotel management agreement and technical services agreement with TUI Group for the management and operations of a hotel development project in Dabou, Côte d’Ivoire. Executing the agreements marks the first step towards the development of a hotel resort spanning 5 hectares (12.35 acres) that will include 137 rooms and 15 bungalows, 4 restaurants, seminar rooms and a water park.
