Flipper International School (FIS), a premier educational institution in Ethiopia, has seen tremendous growth and development under SAHAM Group and Tana Africa Capital’s leadership over the past five years. The sale to ADvTECH, a leader in private education in Africa, will further enhance FIS’s ability to deliver high-quality education, benefiting students and communities across Ethiopia. The transaction, which marks a significant milestone for both SAHAM Group and Tana Africa Capital, highlights SAHAM Group and Tana Africa Capital’s commitment to fostering sustainable growth in Africa’s education sector while aligning with strategic investment objectives.
