Didier BOUA DOUX’s practice spans the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors and is focused on project development and project finance transactions.
Didier graduated from Paris XI Sceaux (2005) and Cergy-Pontoise (2006) universities, and Kedge Business School, a school formed by the merger of two business schools, BEM Bordeaux and Euromed Marseille (2007). Didier previously worked in Paris at Simmons & Simmons, Shearman & Sterling, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe as an Avocat between 2010 and 2018, and in Abidjan with Orrick RCI as a Licensed Legal Counsel between 2018 and 2019.
