Maxwell is a corporate and commercial lawyer with experience in commercial transactions including projects, energy and public private partnerships. He was recently part of the team that advised Safaricom PLC in review of KYC documents presented by their Dealers/Agents in renewal of their contracts for their active and subsisting tills as well as to ensure compliance of the legal and regulatory provisions.
Maxwell has also taken up a role in the Firm’s Business Development department.
