Alhassane’s practice focuses on mining law and infrastructure financing. He advises public and private entities on the structuring, financing and development of their projects, mainly in the mining and infrastructure sectors in French-speaking Africa and the OHADA region.

Alhassane is also involved in assisting public and private entities with their business activities and structuring transactions.

Prior to joining Asafo & Co., Alhassane worked in prominent international law firms in Bamako and Paris. He also gained valuable experience in the legal department of the Mining Business Unit at Orano Group (formerly Areva).

He is a member of the Paris and Mali Bars.
