Clémence Descoutures focuses on infrastructure projects, specifically in the energy (renewable and fossil energies), transportation and mining sectors. In particular, her practice covers reviewing public procurement law issues and all the regulatory aspects involved in such projects (including energy, environment, planning, public domain laws, etc.) – as well as green field and brown field projects. In addition to her advisory activity, she also assists clients in litigation related to their infrastructure projects.
Clémence began her career at DLA Piper in 2016 later joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2019. She graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (Master 2, public administration law, 2013) and the University of Paris-Sud (Master 2, aerospace and telecommunications law, 2015).
