Emmanuel’s practice focuses on M&A and private equity transactions, particularly in the fintech and banking sectors.
His experience includes providing assistance to clients involved in digital payment and money transfer services, as well as online stock exchanges in establishing their business services in the WAEMU zone in compliance with BCEAO regulations.
Emmanuel also advises African and European commercial banks on transactions in the WAEMU zone, and has experience advising investment funds and private investors on a wide range of project development issues.
