Inès is an associate in our Paris office.
Inès’ practice focuses on M&A, corporate and private equity, with a particular focus on international transactions relating to Africa.
She advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and other day-to-day corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Inès worked for two years as an associate in a French law firm and gained valuable experience through internships with various international law firms and companies based in Ivory Coast, France, Tunisia and Kenya.
