Laury’s practice covers transactions for the development and financing of energy, natural resources and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on transactions for renewable energy and mining projects in Africa.
She advises private investors, governments, public companies and international financial institutions and investment funds in the development of their projects in the energy (renewable energy, oil, gas, electricity), transportation, logistics, infrastructure and mining sectors.
Laury also has experience in negotiating and drafting project and investment contracts in the context of M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors in Africa. She has worked in Guinea Conakry and Cote d’Ivoire.
