Murugi has experience in commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and debt financing.
She has represented the firm as external counsel at Safaricom PLC where she was involved in drafting and reviewing various contracts between Safaricom PLC and its wide range of suppliers and drafting and reviewing leases over properties where Safaricom PLC had put up its Base Transceiver Stations (BTS).
