Vanessa has over eight years of experience in the legal profession and has worked across several African countries, including Nigeria, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea and now in Cote d’Ivoire where she is based.
She has extensive experience in banking and finance transactions (both private and sovereign loans) and in OHADA law. She regularly advises domestic and multinational clients in various commercial transactions, including structured finance and cross-border transactions that leverage sophisticated financing mechanisms in Côte d’Ivoire and in the OHADA area, generally.
